Hey 👋

Have you ever known something in your bones… but second-guessed yourself anyway?

Many of us have a strong inner compass. We feel when something’s off. We pick up on nuance. We sense what’s true. But over time, we learn to dismiss or distrust that quiet inner voice.

This is all about coming back to it.

Why do we lose touch with our intuition?

Because we’re taught not to trust ourselves.

🌈 As queer folks, we might have heard or been told our identities are just a phase or too much.
🧠 As sensitive people, we’re told we’re overthinking or too emotional.
😞 We learn to second-guess what we feel, sense, or know just to stay safe or accepted.

Over time, it becomes hard to tell the difference between our intuition and our fear.

But here’s the truth: Your intuition has always been there. It’s not broken, it’s just been quiet.

What does intuitive knowing feel like?

It’s not always loud or obvious. Sometimes, it’s a subtle nudge. A feeling in your gut or heart. A small no or yes before your brain catches up. It might show up as:

  • A sense of unease when something’s not aligned
  • A pull toward something that feels right but isn't clear or doesn’t make sense yet
  • A need for space, slowness, or softness that others don’t understand

Learning to trust it again is a process, but it’s one that reconnects you with yourself.

You don’t need to explain your knowing

You don’t need to justify what you feel. You don’t need permission to trust your body, your nervous system, or your gut instinct.

You were never wrong for feeling things deeply.

You were never wrong for knowing, even when others didn’t believe you.

You’re already wiser than you’ve been told.

Trust yourself.
